Friday Night Restorative Yoga with Crystal Singing Bowls

Join Sheryl for an evening of restorative yoga and sound bath to help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power and sounds of the crystal singing bowls during an immersive sound bath.

Yin & Restorative Sound Bath with Deep Relaxation

Join Sheryl for an immersion of deep rest and release. During this 2-hour practice, you'll be guided through gentle movement, integrating somatics, yin, and restorative yoga to untangle tension and clear stagnant energy. Sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, and chimes will fill the space around you with soothing vibrations that will guide you into deep meditation and relaxation.
